Team Sea Sakthi KCT, from Kumaraguru College of Technology is the first Indian Team ever to qualify for the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge 2022. This event is organized by Yacht Club de Monaco. The Monaco Energy Boat Challenge, happening from July 4th to July 9th 2022, aspires to promote green innovation in the Yachting Industry. It encourages students and researchers to build a boat emphasizing zero-emission propulsion and sustainability. 32 teams from 16 countries will be racing their sustainable boats, and Team Seas Sakthi is the first Indian team to join this race. The event is one of its kind and brings together personas from around the globe to the world’s yachting capital.
